I also buy old DIP package DRAMs from Jameco as well.
Too bad they do not stock old ZIP package DRAMs.

An oldie from the past. I think I placed my first order with Jameco in 1984. I think they've been around since about 1975. Those 4k ram chips used to cost me a fortune :-)

JDR Microdevices is pretty good as well.
Does anyone know where to buy A3000 1Megx4 ZIP DRAMs for a decent price ?
