I've just remembered a couple of games I used to enjoy playing, but I can't remember their names.
The first one is a really old one. You were in a maze made of floppy disks and you had to push the floppy disks to make them slide until they hit the edge of the screen or another disk. The idea was to hit viruses with the disks to destroy them.
The other game was a lode-runner clone which had loads of extra features, including your character having the ability to jump and hang on to the edge of platforms like in Prince of Persia.
If anyone can help me identify these games I'd be grateful :-)

The first one I don't know, but I think I know what gametype you are talking about.
The second one. Could it be "Minerunner" or "Mother Lode"?

I've just remembered that the Lode Runner game was TurboLode 2. I actually registered it. You can download the game by clicking here (http://eicart.free.fr/turbolode/) and clicking the Oldies link.
I seem to think that the first game was by Tobias Richter, though I can't be sure.

Tobias Richter you say. Have you tried browsing thru here?

Yeah I did try that, but it's not on there. It was a PD game, not commercial.

That complicates things a bit. I guess manually browsing thru the Fred Fish collection is out of the question. :-D
Get the "King Fisher" and it's DB and search there.

Maybe your lucky

hm, maybe 'Supaplex' ?
BTW its one of best logic games ever.

No that wasn't it. Similar "plot" though - you have to go inside the computer and remove the viruses. In the game I am thinking of you push the floppy disks and try to hit the viruses. When you pushed them your character made a kind of blowing noise.

Well I just got round to installing KingFisher and found the game by searching for "virus". It was Sys. I've just downloaded it form Aminet, and it was just how I remember it :-)

Sys you say, hmmm, I'm going to test it later tonight. It says "Pengo style" in the description. Pengo was the game I was thinking of.
