My trusty Amiga 600...the only Amiga that I still have that was new when I received it, appears to be dead. At boot I have the caps key, the power light, and the hard drive light all on. No sounds of booting and the screen remains black.
It was working fine last week. My first guess is the original power supply may be the culprit.
Other ideas?

This is a common way of death for these, usually leaky caps on mb, I had Jean at Amiga Center repair two of mine for $50 each if you are interested. And that is a great deal as a NTSC A600 in the USA will cost you over $100 easy.

Sounds like confirmation I need a tech...how can I contact them?

Well, my A600 and my A4000 motherboards are headed off to France. When I opened the 600 the capacitor right behind the power plug had clearly blown. My 4000's sound was failing and the par: port was dead, I figured I get this repaired too.
Thanks for the advice!!
