We have Classic Amiga joysticks here (http://amigakit.leamancomputing.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=52) but only Comp Pro USB.

You can't buy them "new" anymore and the USB-version is not usable with "old Amigas".
The only possibility is to look on Ebay, or get another one (e.g. Power Cruiser from Vesalia for EUR 13.90).

My plan(when my current joystick dies) is to get one of those usb sticks and rewire it. All that is needed is to bypass the electronics and add a 9pin female dsub. Would probably require a new cable as amiga/c64 joysticks use 6 wires and usb only use 4(or was it 5).

@Amigakit: Maybe you should start selling "rewiring kits" for the "comp pro". 9pin female dsubs dosn't grow on trees these days.

Yeah I totally agree with dawiper!

I too am looking for joystick wires. I have two joysticks from which the circuit boards are fine but some of the wires are dead.

If anyone's interested, Maplin (http://www.maplin.co.uk/Search.aspx?criteria=d-sub&doy=30m1&source=15) (in the UK) sells 9-pin sockets (and the hoods to go with them.)
