From the feedback comments: GD!
Why bother selling/buying on ebay if you arent going to conduct your business properly? Who needs the stress?

At least no one has been stupid enough to put a bid on it yet. I have filed a complaint with eBay and forwarded the auction page to Amiga Inc. (not that I think they will do anything about it, but one can always hope). I guess this will put me on Doomy's blacklist. :boohoo:
He is a menace to the Amiga community and should be sentenced to 40 years of hard labor with Windows 3.1 as his only choice of computer OS'es. :madashell:
I am sure he used a 1 day auction to lessen his chances of being caught illegally selling copyrighted material.

No!!! He could grab a copy of trumpet tcp and an old copy of netscape and get back online, better to give him a HP 16c calc, then he would be safely out of reach from ebay.

I didn't know he would have a network connection or phone line for a modem from his cell? :-D

I dont think either one of us was asking a question... Strange though, i bid on a a4000T a while back and lost, glad too, case somebody here bid and won a a600 that was of wrong vid signal and came with a bum hd .... had to be the same guy, as the background work area was the same. Work bench + multi hole wall for hooks, same html crap for the auction. He wont use paypal either.
What ever, glad i didnt win before. What an a hole, every bid ive ever dealt with has been 100% good. Ive bought a few amiga things and mac things off ebay and every transaction has been a pleasure, sad to see people ruin things.

You'd be better off forwarding it to Haage & Partner since they are the ones who own OS3.9 (Amiga Inc didn't pay them the fee agreed in the buy back clause of the 3.9 contract iirc).
Not that Jürgen would do anything about it either, but still...

If I had thought of it at the time, I would have signed up an eBay account and bid a ridiculous amount for it, then not pay. Thay way he still has to pay eBay's fees
