Two suggestions:

Sysspeed (newer and more options):

Sysinfo (a true "classic"):

I always liked AIBB but it didn't work too well with '060.

SysSpeed v2.6 is the Daddy of them all though, with PowerPC benchmarking and a nice MUI interface.

Come to think about it, it'd be nice to see SysSpeed benchmarks for obscure Amigas like the CDTV, A1000, A500, CD32 etc.

I'd be careful with SysSpeed. I just tried it and it said my FPU was 476MHz (actually 33MHz). Then it gave some very strange results - saying my drive speed was 1000 times slower than an Amiga 2000 (I've got a 5400RPM drive!). In the program, the About window and MUI prefs would not come up and when I tried closing the program, my system crashed.

I think I'll stick with AIBB.
