Title: MC68060RC60, mask E41J - Where to buy

Does anyone know of anyone selling the latest rev MC68060RC60 (mask E41J) CPUs?

Both of my CS-PPCs have old proto XC68060s (the very old ones with the labelling on the center of the chip, as mentioned in a earlier thread), and these run quite hot...
