Title: Warcraft on Shapeshifter

Has anyone got Warcraft 2 running in Shapeshifter?

It's running fine on my setup but I don't have music during the game. It should be played from cd but on my pc I have  no cd and yet there is music.

Any solutions?

I did a reinstall of System 7.5.5 to test the difference  between a dedicated partition and a hardfile on an Amiga SFS partition. Can't really notice a difference but now I can't get Warcraft 2 to work anymore... Not on hardfile or dedicated partition. It quits with type 3 errors or just freezes.

Strangely enough installing IE beforehand fixes the problem.

Concerning the music...

The PC version has MIDI music when the CD audio is unavailable.

I used to have the demo version for the Mac running under ShapeShifter, but I don't remember what the music situation was.

The demo doesn't have any music.

The full version has title music but needs the cd for audio tracks. I wonder if the midi music is also available for the mac version during play.
