This sounds very much like
1 - R3 (demo version on AF coverdisk 89b)
or
2 - Gravity Force / 2 (Amiga Power 39)
Have fun

The other 2 I can think of aside from those already mentioned are:
Gravity Force 1&2 (probably the most popular)
YAGG (yet another gravity game) -- this one was all vector-based gfx and zoomed in as the two ships got close to each other
I don't remember the "BINGO" but I do remember one of these games having a "TOUCHDOWN!!!!" sound effect whenever you crashed or landed which was very entertaining :)
Hope that helps.. I'm off to download GF2 =)

Gravity force 2 was my third. I'm 90% sure it was Gravity force 2 that had that "bingo" sample:

Turbo raketii:

Gravity Force had the BINGO and TOUCHDOWN samples. It had themed levels, like lego, snow and loads more. Great game!
