I just thought it would be nice to have a thread where you could all place pics of youre heavily modified amigas. Give me pics of towers or cases with amazing WB screens. This would be greatly appreciated. I love eye candy

Is that a real life, ultra rare C= A4000T?
Or did you make that label yourself?
I've never seen a C= A4000T so I wouldn't know the difference :-)

this really is a neat little 600. What speeds do you get on the network card
-
@ TjLaZer
I had just luck. :-D

Hi,
@mfilos
I have nearly the same setup for my A600 except that I doesn't own a Compact Flash to IDE Adapter, Hacked Cocolino, and Clockport adapter.
What do you mean with "Hacked Cocolino"? I think about placing a mouse-adapter into the case and attach it internally to the mouse port to connect a PC serial mouse resp. a trackpad.
Is your Clockport adapter the one available from Individual Computers to attach a SilverSurfer to the A600? Is this a fully featured Clockport so you could attach a Subway USB-controller?

@DJBase: Congrats on the C= A4000T.

Anyways, some pictures will follow when I have the time, too busy working on this thing:
A4000D rev B, reasonably white desktop case.
CS-PPC@224/060@64, 128 MB Fast
Grex PCI, Voodoo3, RTL8029 10 mbit/s NIC, Soundblaster Live
(And before you ask: Yes, the OpenPCI SBLive driver works with the Grex4000D)
18 GB UW-SCSI HD
Modified PSU vent, extra fan in front of the case pushing air across the CS-PPC.
To be done: CS-PPC@270-300ish/060@60-66ish, vertical SIMM sockets, heatsinks everywhere... And ofcourse heatsinks on the Grex.
Lian-li TR3-B LCD 3channel thermometer/fan control thingy (to be integrated in the original 5,25" blank bezel)
Stick a m-ATX PSU in there for extra amperage. (plus the fact that the original A4000 PSU is 14 years old anyway...)
Maybe a paint job :-?
[/brag]
Anyways, I hope to see some interesting pics here.

@LawlessPPC
Thanks for the comments.
My Network NIC is a 3COM 10Mbps NIC. I haven't measured the download speed but it's pretty fast for an Amiga :)
My Dhrystones@Sysinfo are 8315!!!
@Noster
The hacked Cocolino is the Cocolino without the plastic cover that I've putted inside the Amiga case. I took the necessary cables under the soldered rs-232 port on the mobo and attached the Cocolino with a hole in the case near the mouse port. It's like a manufactured one!
The clockport adapted is indeed the adapter from Individual and I'm planning to buy the Subway USB in the future. It's kinda expensive for me right now.
I hope you like my setup guys.
Cheers
