Title: Couldn't format cylinder: 0
Post by: leofoe on January 12, 2006, 09:20:54 PM
I have a HD floppy-drive in my A3000. When I try to format a HD-floppy (Amiga or PC) I get the error "Couldn't format cylinder: 0". It formats Amiga and PC DD-floppies OK. Anything I can do about it?

1. Clean the drive.

2. Use other disks

3. drive is misaligned

4. Not a real Amiga-HD-drive
