I'm assuming, the joke is, rational thought sometimes give way to the motivations of that fella down there....?

But I'm not too sure. Am I missing a really obvious joke?

Erm, I think it might mean that the person you are with is, erm, down there, erm, doing something.

But it could just be my warped interpretation.

(although I have a feeling Cecilia is thinking the same thing :lol:)
