Of course I don't know if the new Amiga's CPU's will be up for the task, but this is the sort of sofware that the Amiga sorely needs!

As for power the new Amigas should be more than capable of handling video editing. I used iMovie on a G3-500 and that worked quite well. On 867MHz even Final Cut Pro runs well. Before we look at video editing we need some firewire support though.
