Title: Phantasie III - WHDLoad issues - Anyone experienced the same?
Post by: Legerdemain on December 16, 2005, 12:31:15 AM
Access faults keep appearing at these points in the game:

1. In the gnome caves (a bit to the east of the town of Pendragon, the cave is located in the mountains above the city of Rocky Hills) when confronting the viper guarding the egg and selecting the following option "2)Distract the viper from the egg" the access fault appears.

2. In the dragon caves (the caves smelling of sulfur, located southwest of the city of Pendragon and a bit northwest of the city of Tierrin) when approching the action-point (the green star) just a few steps to the south and then some few to the west of the entrance. As soon as the message stating that one has recieved some money has been shown the access fault appears.

After having been confronted with these two access faults I have not advanced any further in the game, so there might be more of them to be found.

I think I will send in a bug report...  because I really do want to play the game through without being confronted with them access faults...

do you have a turboboard installed? if so, try setting the 'NOMMU' tooltype. setting this on any game doing a access fault usually solves the problem for me.

NOMMU? Ok, I'll try that... but I've sent a bugreport in anyways.
