I'm interestedd by the prometheus, and I have a question BTW : Is there a way to make an AGP board fit in a PCI slot, acting as a PCI board ? I have a Voodoo3 3500 AGP, it should'nt be any different... Is it ?
-
Don´t worry guys, what I sell here is not even half of my collection :-o I´m just trying to fill the gap in my bank account
About the Prometheus, there seems to be an adapter to have agp cards fitted in a pci slot, but then the speed of the agp gets lost as you will only have single speed. But I can not say for sure it will work as I have never tried it. Te only things I have tried so far is a S3 Virge and Voodoo3 gfx card. Remember that the S3 Virge chip is also used in the Cybervision 64/3D card, not :-?
This afternoon one of my best friends tried to have a Prometheus fitted inside an A3000 and the board is recognized as "working". Now it needs to be installed but that´s not for now

I mailed to the e-mail address specified in your profile.

Wow, lots of nice gear at good prices. I can't believe no one has jumped on the Blizz 1240 card yet. I'd get it, but I'm holding out for Effy's "FS 20 A2000 turboboards" thread.. ;-)

Hi guys, as you may have noticed, I used one of my old threads to add a new auction. Ofcourse this shows how high prices have rised, so to check out myself how high I created a new auction with some older pictures of my ex-girlfriend. Don't worry, she's older than 18 at the moment
-
I would have killed for a PPC at that price. =(
