Hi all
It's frezing here in Paris, and the day looks quite dark. Oh well, let's turn the Miggy on to get some F.Zappa-hyped Studio Tan !
I'm wondering : What happened to this very promising product (http://www.google.fr/search?hl=fr&hs=9nY&client=firefox&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:unofficial&q=wildfire+amiga&spell=1) ? I remember somewhere back around 1998 tha this stuff worked great (in native PPC mode !) judging by the screenshots & benchmarks published in the press.
Did'nt see anything like this on any platform..?
It's an image processor, quite unlike anything else known, that input and outputs images, in various forms, but can also be used to generate images, in many ways, such as math plotting, something that really interests me now.
I did my homework and crawled the web, I found that lots of WildFire stuff still lives in /biz/demo, but looks very dated, AND it's demos.
I remember reading that NovaDesign (http://www.novadesign.com/) would distribute it, even found the press release (http://www.cucug.org/amiga/aminews/1999/990317-nova.html), but on their website (http://www.novadesign.com/exoops/modules/freecontent/) they only advertise IMG-FX, Alladin, and Cinematte.
Now for all the money in the bank (got a new job yesterday !!) where can I find the latest release of WILDFIRE ?
Thank you Amigans, keep the pixels flowing

IIRC ZeoNeo (a company that made AmigaDE games) bought it up and were working towards an OS 4 version, but that was some time ago, things may have changed.

Argh, found nutting on
http://www.zeoneo.com/index.php?cPath=23 (Gosh do those always SAME 5 WinCE games look boring... Shh, DE is WAY beyond me)
Damned, I *have* to put my hands on a copy. I'll succeed, because I *really* need to see it, and potentially I need it period.
If anyone has the slightest clue, please contact me. I have ONE thing in mind in particular, that AFAIK can *only* be made in such a program.

This (http://www.wk-artworks.de/index.html) is where you can get demos and maybe contact people. I too love the potential of this program and hope to use it someday.
