Title: Grabbing P96 screens
Post by: motorollin on December 01, 2005, 09:27:49 PM
Probably a stupid question, but what's the best programme for grabbing P96 screens? I've tried a few screen grabbers from Aminet but they either hang the system, or don't produce an image. I'm guessing this is because they don't support P96 screenmodes?

SGrab should be fully RTG friendly. Works on my CGX Workbench, at least.

I remember having same symptoms on my A1200/CGX long long ago. I recall it was related to libraries but cant be sure. Try making an ILBM screenshot only, I think it was somehow related to PNG or JPEG... But cant be sure really but it is P96/CGX compatible.

@thread

SGrab is certainly P96/CGX compatible.
Re:jpeg - From the guidefile:"to produce jpeg images SGrab requires jpeg.library."
