Title: Is Amiga1 XE G4 sound still broken?

I read that the sound chipset problem on Amiga1 XE G4 was fixed by using a patch. Is this true?

If the problem is fixed, why Troika did not upgrade their comparison chart?

The sound problem on the AmigaOne XE is fixed but only some of the boards came with a sound chip because nobody could get it working to start with.  It was later removed to save costs on the board.
