You have an A3000 keyboard with 5pin Din connector (same as A2000 keyboard). The A4000 keyboard has a mini-din 6pin connector.
With a small adapter both keyboards can be used on both computers.
If your A1200t keyboard connector is a standard Amiga keyboard connector it should work :-)
If it fits but is not working then your a1200t perhaps has a buildin PC-keyboard interface so then you should use a PC keyboard.

it's an elbox tower...
but it is an adapter from 5pin to ps/2..

@BarrySWE:
Are you currently using a pc or amiga keyboard with your elbox tower?
If you are using a pc keyboard, the amiga keyboard wont work and should not be connected as pc and amiga keyboards are not compatible.
As pc keyboards, amiga keyboards can also have both 5-pin miniDIN connectors (CD32, A4000D) and 5-pin DIN (A2000, A3000(T) and A4000T). Normal pc keyboard adaptors can be used to change from miniDIN to DIN or DIN to miniDIN with amiga keyboards.
So you can for example take an A2000 keyboard which has a 5-pin DIN connector and buy a pc DIN to miniDIN adapter and use it to connect the keyboard to an A4000D.
But as I said earlier - amiga and pc keyboards are not compatible.

I'm using an converter 5pin to ps/2 , and a logitech PC keyboard... i better stay with peze keyboard then ;-)

@BarrySWE:
Check the manual for your elbox tower. As the pc keyboard interface is optional according to their homepage, it might be possible to change it to using amiga keyboards.

This means an Amiga keyboard will not work in this connector on your A1200t. Perhaps there is an Amiga-2-PC adapter inside your Tower and if it is possible to remove this then you could probably connect the Amiga keyboard.
If you cannot use your keyboard at all i would be interested in buying it from you to use on my A3000. PM me if you would like to sell it.
