I have here a Warpengine 3040 but they don't run on any Amiga 3000D System.
All my Amiga 3000D Mainboards are revision 9.03 and i read that the 3040 don't run on revision 9.03 ( or above 8.9 ) Mainboards. Is it right ?
The Processor ( XC68040RC40M ) and the Oszis are new.
Is it right that the Oszi must be an 40MHz for the 68040@40MHz on the Warpengine ?
The Power Led on my A3000 ist dark green on startup with active 68040.
The J4 cable is wired with Pin21 on U350 for the Int2 fix !
I have puled out all my Static Column Zip Ram because i read that the Warpengine don't run with it.
Sorry for my bad English....
Here some Pictures of the card.

I have almost the same problem as you. I´m trying to get my WarpEngine to work in my A3KD too, the problem for me is that it crashes after 4-5minutes and doesn´t work until I turn the computer off and on.
What I have done first of all:
Copied the WarpEngine 040 library to the harddisk.
Fixed the jumpers to the right positions: J100=3-4, J102=1-2, J104=1-2 (The org. A3K settings are: J100=1-2, J102=2-3, J104=1-2)
After that it works 4-5 minutes until it crashes into Gurumeditation and does that until I turn the power off.
My motherboard has the INT2 already so I don´t use the cable.
I have a Zipp2Simm converter too.

@Crusher:
This tip is for an A3000T and a CyberStorm, but maybe it works for an A3000D and a WarpEngine too, atleast the symptoms are similar - check this (http://www.g-mb.de/amigatips_e.html#CS-A3000T) links.

Hi !
My A3000T with Cyberstorm MK II works without the 74F08 Chip with no problems ;-)
But the Warpengine won't run on A3000D or A3000T.

I haven't used my Warp Engine and 3000 for a few years. But here is what I remember:
1. I used the Warp Engine in multiple 3000's (all at least rev 9) and had no difficulties what so ever.
2. Make sure you have the Jumpers set properly, there should be a sheet of paper dedicated to the 3000 in the manual. Use that sheet of paper as a guide for setup. I would guess that this is your issue.
3. You should never overclock the processor, make sure the crystal is 40 MhZ. This processor is not very flexible with running faster. The cpu runs hot, I used a laptop pentium heatsing fan combo. It fit perfectly and kept the cpu nice and cool.
4. Confirm that the memory is the right type and that the jumpers are correct. There again you must use the piece of paper for setting up the 3k not the blue book.
5. If I remember correctly the ramsey version determined whether is would run with static column zips. I have the lastest rev ramsey and motherboard mem wouldn't work.
I have to say out of all the accelerators I have own (4000 040 module, warp enging 3040, and cyberstorm II 060.) I was most happy with the warp engine.
I would have to say that you have wrong jumpers settings, wrong type of memory/jumper setting, or a bad card.
Good luck!
Matt
p.s. I will be putting my last 3000 and warpengine on ebay shortly. If your interested let me know.
