One question for all ppl who have ADSL on Amiga...Its possible to connect an Amiga whit network card and MiamiDX to ADSL Ethernet LAn modem without router? and its hard to configure MiamiDX for using ADSL? tnx

@VooDoo:
Does your proposed provider use static ip-adresses or are they assigned via dhcp? Unless they use some sub-standard as PPP over ethernet (PPPoE) ofcourse.

Only DHCP..its possbile to use DHCP (ADSL) without router?
-
@VooDoo:
Yep, no problem at all. Under the configuration for the interface for your network-card do the following:
1. select "DHCP" for "IP type", "Netmask type" and "Gateway type".
2. Under the interface "TCP/IP-settings", select "add" for "Get dynamic DNS servers".
You can ofcourse also use MiamiInit to get up and running, but that is up to you.
