The second project Amiga being fixed today is a dead A4000D. I found inside of it an 060 accellerator which I cannot identify. It looks similar to the GVP T-Rex pictures at the BBofAH, but does not match. The only writing on the board itself is A4000-060 XP REV 2, it has 4-72 pin SIMM slots and onboard SCSI-2 or SCSI-3 w/both a 50pin and 68pin connector.
Does anyone have an idea what this accellerator is so I can find more info on it? I will post a picture of it in a little while.

Sounds like some sort of a prototype.

@amigadave
It's a GVP-M A4060. Look here (http://www.gregdonner.org/gvp4060/gvp4060.html) for more info.

Thanks for the link to the info Tempest. Now I hope I can get it to work as it looks like it is one of the best 060 boards made for the Amiga.

I believe that you have one of the prototype 060 boards designed by Boyer for GVP and/or Quikpak. There is a user on amiga.org (Will-i-am) who has the same board in a 4000D. You might want to look up the thread where he talks about it and posted some pictures.
