Title: Wanted: External AGA Scandoubler/FlickerFixer.
Post by: HardStep on October 24, 2005, 02:23:26 AM
As my last Miggy hardware purchase through this forum was a sucess, i'd like to give it another try.
As the subject line states, i'm in a search for a external ScanDoubler with FlickerFixer for a A1200.
Or does any Amiga online dealer have any in stock?
Thanks.

Those external things are very hard to get and very expensive on Ebay, over 100 Euro for the unit alone  :-o

I always thinking about refresh. How much of refresh rate give  the best flickerfixer for amiga ?

My internal scandoubler (micronic scandy) give it to me 30hz of refresh (over 15 standart). It is - Pain for eyes. I can't watch on boot menu more then 2 seconds .. So, interesting, flickerfixer can give 80 or 100 rate of refresh ? or 30 too ?:)
