> Troika Amy - without legacy ports.
Is it possible to use PS/2 keyboards and mouse with the new Troika Amy board?
What about 3rd party / oem USB to PS/2 adapter?
I had asked the vendor and they said that their product is only for X86 PC, not PowerPC.
Is there any AmigaOS 4 and Linux PowerPC driver for the adapter?

I use a Belkin PS/2->USB adapter on my Mac. So, I'm sure it's possible. No driver is needed.

PS/2 keyboards and mouse? No.
With 3rd party USB to PS2 adaptor, it should do it depends on the host OS USB driver stack.
The NEC USB device supports the USB 2 modes OHCI/UHCI & EHCI which covers all devices on the market.
As part of the compatibility testing of the Amy'05 a number of common PC peripherals will be tested, I will add a generic USB-PS2 adaptor to the list.

Virutally all port adaptors are hardware independent. Whoever told you otherwise is either wrong, or lying. Most likely the former.

How to set Serial port parameter: Baud, stop bit, parity etc?
What about the following docking station / hub / Serial-Parallel port replicator:
