Title: Uae under linux, some problem

I've installed OS 3.9 on my Winuae running un window, but I don't like windows, so i've tried to install the same file, copied on a Cd the directory, and use the same directory for uae under linux.....

It work but not very well, the Os 3.9 still work, and the most program rum, but I cant move icon and remember position, it tell me that is not IMPLEMENTED ???
And I can't see image whit multiview, seem the the sistem don't recognize image tipe........ but i don't have remove anything...

Someone has idea?

On win work very well, but the same file on linux, bhahah, give problem... :-?

I think it's better to use HDF (HDD-file)
for UAE...

You have copied a Directory to a CD ?
Then the files are read only now...

When you copy it to another System you have
to set the archive-bits to Read/Write again.

I've already restabilized all the file, they are readaable, writable, and esecutable.

Why you think hdf is better?

Using a directory like an harddisk is quite good, why i must change, ok for my problem probality  :-D

I use HDF-File on my WinUAE
its faster and more compatible..

Ofcourse you can use a directory if its better for you
