Dont worry its not expensive stuff so dont think you'll make money ebaying it.. lol.  software is untested but almost 100% positive its working

You pay shipping.  Since these are small items I can get some used boxes for it.

I've never shipped DHL... what is that? USPS is cheap also.

As for shipping.. I'd rather deal with USPS, UPS or FedEX because its local to me and I can drop it off without much hassle.
