From Fox News:
Based on DSM-IV book definition, 46% of people in the States will suffer from Mental Illnes at one time in their life.
Is this true or an attempt to sell more drugs/Prozac?
-
no, that's 46% of the people that watch FOX will get Mental from it.
-
Hum,
54% have already watched it...
And the other 30% can`t count...

@ blobrana
That avatar is a little risque!
That statistic could probably be applied in other parts of the Western world too. If you consider the prevalence pf depression and mental diseases associated with old age...

Is anyone truely sane?

Is anyone truly anything?
The thing is, you have to draw the line somewhere and come up with some kind of way of quantifying things, and in doing so it will always be flawed.
How to define intelligence for example....

More like an attempt to remind my American brothers that G Dubya *CAN'T* have a third term. *laughs* They put him in office twice and some are so brainwashed they would write him in again, so I'm sure there are *DEFINATE* signs of Mental Illness here stateside.
