i just wanna ask for some good information about All the amiga opertaiong systems avaliable, even were can i download them (even in demo versions)
i just need help

The only Amiga like OS that you can download for free is AROS (www.aros.org) the rest cost money + hardware needed to run them.

Amiga operating systems? AmigaOS isn't freely distributable. You need to order some disks from a dealer.
Unless you mean stuff like NetBSD or Linux. I think Debian is the only 68K distro of Linux that's still maintained. I don't know anything about NetBSD, but check their website.

i got what i want! but there is a little problem,
How can i run those things on my Amiga 600!
i tried to put it on a normal disk! but it didn't worked!
so is there a way to do that?!

What are you trying to do? If you want to run NetBSD or some other os on your A600 then you'll definitely need an '030 accelerator (they clamp on to the 68000 processor from above) and be sure to get a true '030 and not an 68EC030 so it will have an MMU since most UN*X like operating systems require it.
