Because of foam / debris problem, US Space Shuttle is grounded. What is the best solution for the problems?
(Hubble / ISS Maintenance)
1. Creating new shuttle.
2. Changing launch assembly (space shuttle on top of the boosters / tank)
3. Replacing the foam.
4. Smart robots / unmanned missions.
5. Use Russian rockets / spacecraft.
