Title: beginners guide to emulating amiga500
Post by: on March 18, 2003, 08:26:14 AM
HI all,

I have been searching for my favourite game of all time mousetrap which i played as a kid on an amiga 500.  Recently i came across 50+ amiga games and to my delight MOUSETRAP .

Unfortunately i have no idea how to get these games running on my windows based platforms.

If some kind soul could give me instructions i would be verygratefull

regards een

;-) Your best bet for running Amiga programs on a Windows PC is to run Win UAE, or Windows Ultimate Amiga Emulator.  The best distribution of this is Cloanto's Amiga Forever, which included liscensed copies of the necessary Kickstart ROM images.  Also, check this (http://www.amiga.org/forums/showthread.php?t=1594) thread for others' opinions of it.

@een

It would help if you left a email address so people can send you the files needed.
