...this is just terrible. I remember seing some people from amiga.org being from London.

Thanks for your concern mate. I called a load of people I know who were at work in London today, one of whom was quite close to the bomb (he was a bit late so missed the carnage).
It reminds me of when the nailbomb went off in the Admiral Duncan pub, I had been walking down Charing Cross road just moments before...kinda brings it all home...
I hope X-ray's okay...

He's probably working overtime just now...
Right after they (the public) realised what happened they tried phoning people causing more problems - it apparently took 2 hours to phone from a landline to a landline, texts were going missing etc.
If anyone knows anyone in the areas concerned try an email or their usual net places instead.
33 confirmed dead now...

Hi
I feel sad about the tragic event.
My deepest condolences to the victims and their families.
I hope the crazy, barbaric terrorists will be caught and punished soon.

"I hope you mean brought to justice."
I mean executed, if the coward didn't off his sorry a$$ himself.
"Well, if Sharia law is good for the goose...... "

Maybe we can extend religious tolerance and inclusivity to the judicial system. Instead of banging them up without charge like we seem to do these days, we should offer *EVERY CRIMINAL EVER ARRESTED* the options of "Trial by British Law" or "Trial by Sharia Law", if they pick Sharia then give em *EXACTLY* what they asked for! ;-)
