Does anybody know what game this is? I used to play it a TON in the late 80s/early 90s:
It's a space strategy game where the planets are in what looks like a 3D crystal ball. You can rotate the ball to see the planets 3d location. You start with one planet at the bottom, the computer with one (or more?) at the top. You then send ships to colonize new planets and eventually conquer all planets. The you move on to the next galaxy.
I remember very little about combat or research, but I do remember being able to rotate the galaxy in this 3D "ball".
If any of this rings a bell, I would SO appreciate it. Reply here or send me an email at uwa123@hotmail.com
Thanks much

Hi,
If you manage to get any clues, this will help:
http://www.mobygames.com/home (http://www.mobygames.com/home)
Quite a cool site, by the way,

Supremacy (http://www.classicgaming.com/amigareviews/supremac.htm)?

Elite / Frontier?

Definitely Supremacy (http://hol.abime.net/2231).

Sounds like Supremacy to me.
It was also released under the name "Overlord" in some countries. Years later there was another game named "Overlord" released by Virgin Interactive which was a WWII aircraft game which optionally supported analog joysticks and has nothing to do with the Overlord/Supremacy that u r looking for. :-D
I hope this helps u in some way. Have fun. :-)

Yes! Supremacy! Didn't recognize the name, but the screenshots in the databases did it. You guys rock, thanks so much! :)
