Title: A1200 action replay
Post by: raburton on June 23, 2005, 12:52:28 PM
Hello,

I just bought one of these, but I'm having trouble getting it to do anything useful. Slowmo switch works, but whenever I press the red button it either hangs with a blank screen (in games) or gives a software failure (in WB).

Anyone have any experience of these? Or does anyone have a copy of the manual? I can't seem to find one online for the 1200 version. Also, are there any software updates, I can't find the 1200 version roms online either.

Thanks, Richard.

I seem to remember these being rather unsucessful due to timing problems...

Hunt around for Paradox quazi-legal Action Replay IV on the internet. Since you own the hardware I don't think there is a problem you using that Software (http://www.planetemu.net/index.php?section=roms&dat=33&action=showrom&id=20106).

Darn. I spent ages looking for one, just my luck when I get one that they aren't really much good. I guess if they were problematic, and few people bought them, that's why they are so hard to come by now.

I'll have a play with the software version, though I would still quite like to be able to use the hardware one too.

Regards, Richard.
