I can buy Action Replay III in good condition, but price is about $50, is it expensive?

I wouldn't pay more than £15 (US$30) for it myself.

on amiga-hardware site is manual in PDF, in german, but thats not problem for me

but winuae can probably do everything AR III does, and more.
