Tell me about it. Does he buy them used on eBAY? I mean you have to be a millionaire in order to afford all this NEW.

Oh my God.  He has a Tatung Einstein.  I first programmed in assembler on this machine.  A Spectrum with CPM.

I also had the Spectrum Emulator that allowed you to strap a tape recorder to the computer and play the speccy games.

Love this site.

Still have my ZX81 - 2 boxed Spectrums. 2x C64 (old & new) and of course my Miggies A500x2, A600, A1200.

I must say that this impresses even me (though I can match the Amga-part of it`s collection minus the original boxes)

He did get an A1200 for £11 on eBay ;-)

@CodeHunter

You said: " - - - - - I mean you have to be a millionaire in order to afford all this NEW."

I suppose he might be. You could ask him about it all yourself. He hangs out at the Amiga Support Association. (http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/amiga_sa)

Cheers,

JaX

 A nice collection and certainly better organised than the one at Bletchley Park. Although Bletchley of course has a couple of unique puters.

Another mad Amiga collector is Bo Zimmerman who runs Zimmers.net (http://zimmers.net/cbmpics/index.html)
He has a massive Commodore collection including a CDTV CR and almost everything Commodore have ever made... he gets his stuff of Ebay too.

Hi

Thanks for that. I had wondered why the stats for the webpage viewing had gone through the roof these last two days. And thanks to all those that visited the site. Its always growing, I have another batch of stuff to add in the next week or so. There are three computers sitting on the floor behind me, as we speak.

Its not just about hardware either as I am collecting as much software as I can and securing copies so that the history of certain applications is not lost.

Sorry to gate crash.

Keep the Faith
