Define "normal" one?  Amiga had several monitors and 3 or more different cables.  Is it a DB9 or round DIN?

You need a cable like this. It goes to LIN the other is digital. My 1084 is the same.

If you are going from the Amiga's 23 pin port to the LIN (Analog RGB)on the back of the 1084 then you want the 6 pin DIN on one end and the 23 pin on the other like the one in the auction.

The other connector on the back of the 1084 (the 8 pin DIN)is TTL digital.  The Amiga won't be using this connector.

As I remember the 8 Pin TTL digital connector is for CGA or EGA (Monochrome, 4 or 16 colors).

The other connector is Analog RGB which is what the Amiga uses. The 1084 is a versatile low frequency monitor and could be connected in a multiple of different ways to different computers.  I think the C=128 could use the TTL connection in 80 column mode.

With the TTL RGB, you will achieve only few colors (a reduced palette) . . don't remember now but definitely not a good idea ;-)

NOTE- i thought the same "smart" idea me too . . . but was in 1986 with my first Amiga (an A1000).

Crisp image but 4 colour palette IIRC.
