Last night I was going through WinUAE and showing my 4 1/2 yr old the games I used to play..he liked them and played them on the pc..alot of games ran great, some had jitters here and there or sound wasnt too great, so I thought I should buy a A500 system but was wondering, If I buy a A500, 1meg ram, 1.3 ROMS, 1 floppy drive to boot to workbench, and a external CDROM drive..can that CDROM drive read the cd's I burn on my pc? (It will have ADF's on them..that way I dont have to buy a HD setup).

Probably. If you can find out what filesystem they used for the CDTV/A570. Joliet perhaps (just guessing, I know very little about CD filesystems)?
I read somewhere in an old computer mag that the A570 CDs would "hold as much as 550MB of data", so try staying below that limit.
If you're going to use and IDE CD-ROM or some SCSI version together with a SCSI hard drive expansion you'd probably need at least OS2.04 to access the CD.

Yeh it should be able to read the CD's, as long as the drive itself can you'll be able to on the amiga. I don't know exactly how much luck you will have launching the games from wb1.3 though.
