Title: Loose Keyboard Connector on A1200 Motherboard

While I was removing my keyboard to upgrade the ROMs in my A1200, I noticed the white keyboard connector on the motherboard was a little loose.

Is this piece designed to come loose?  I would expect it might be loose if it plugs into motherboard.  If it's soldered can I fix it easily?

They keyboard works fine, however.

If I remember correctly, there is an outer bit of the connector which is loose and then another piece which is soldered to the board. This works as a sort of clip to hold the green ribbon cable in place.
