Have you reinstalled 68040 or 68060.library? This might be the reason why the computer locks up.
As for the games, try downloading Warp3D instead. This will show you the power of the PPC CPU compared to the 68040 or 68060 you are using. Needs a graphics cards as well IIRC, but you already have that; maybe you will be able to see the demos despite your current issues...

@qzxcvbn:
CVisionBVision and the BVision istall disks are using the free CGX 3 version. It is much slower than commercial CGX 4, maybe that's way you didn't notice speed differencies between AGA and BVision.
I think WipeOut may need CGX 4, but I'm not sure about it.
How do you start the BPPCFix? I always used BPPCFix INSTALL >NIL: and everything was fine.
When I used once BPPCFix 040 INSTALL >NIL: the CGX drivers (no matter BVision or Voodoo) refused to work.
The same with BlizKick: I could only use the BPPCFix module, the BPPCFix040 module caused problems with CGX drivers.
BTW: did you flash the card with this update?

Do you use those libraries?
