Title: Need help tracking down a game

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to track down this game i used to play as a kid. Trouble is I can't remember its name. I'm almost certain it was on my Amiga, but it could've been on my Sega Saturn. Basically, it goes something like this...

A puzzle kind of game. You're this little frog/green type of creature, and u have to make ur way to the top of this tower. You've got to figure out the best way of doing this against all sorts of obstacles. I think the tower was on water, and I seem to remember that the tower can rotate.

Any ideas?
