Title: eBay XP "item is undefined" errors

Lately on my girlfriends PC, eBay has been throwing up around 2 dozen errors saying "item - ebay is undefined".

Does anyone know how to help?

Also, i think a flushing of the cache is due, but where is it?  There are thousands of files littering this machine, which ones are safe to delete?
