Title: When's the forced validation happening?

I thought April 1st all accounts were being subject to validation and needed to be confirmed that they weren't dormant accounts..

What happened?

Hardly anyone bothered to update thier Email addresses... so Wayne was unable to go ahead.

And the change was meant to happen on the 31st March...
