I guess having a 030 card makes this pretty pointless? or do you need both?
-
Having an 030 does make that card pointless, you can't connect more than one accelerator at a time :-)
Any ideas why there's a battery-sized hole in it? The use I can think of is to give you a good hold when removing it ;-)

Airflow from the underside to the plastic door, and I guess if you wanna pull the card out more easily if you're ever to remove it from the CPU slot.
-
Ah, makes sense :-)

Yep, have this very card in my loft, just a ram expansion + fpu job. And yes the hole is for easy removal of the card!!
