There are things I wished they had gauged but didn't.
What's the employment rate for teenagers today? It seems like
kids don't work as much as they used too. All the local jobs you'd expect to see a 19 year old performing seem to be held by underemployed adults. Gasstation attendants, grocery store workers, fast food restaurant workers, around here, there's not a kid in the bunch. I wonder if kids are just staying home and getting fat playing video games, with too little money for beer and drugs.
:-P

You know what really irks me about reports like this?
Any time the stats show that teenagers are doing poorly in any category, the fault always falls on government policy, government cuts or underfunding projects. Yet when the stats go the other way, nobody has a clue to why it happened.
