Looking at Freescale's website, the appropriate part number appears to be MC7447AHX1267LB.
Clicking on the "buy from distributor" links gives three choices. Arrow Electronics lists the prices as $273.83, but doesn't say what kind of quantities are involved to get said price. Future Electronics doesn't list a price on their site ("call for pricing"). Newark InOne lists their price for a single unit at $292.45, but the default number loaded into the add to cart field is 44 (the chip apparently ships on trays of 44 chips). Not sure if they will ship a single chip or whether you have to order in lots of 44.

Are they all BGA packages?

@Karlos
Yes. From what I can tell, all of Freescales PPC and Coldfire processors are some form of BGA. I would imagine that IBM's PPC processors are similar. The PGA chips that Apple uses seem to be manufactured from a BGA chip by Apple themselves (they have an Apple copyright notice).

For only 1 pcs?
You can "attempt" to ask for a Sample (sometimes free) but . . .

I suppose if you ordered in sufficient quantity, but you would have to call one of the distributors to find out for sure.
It's possible that there is a different 1.2GHZ G4 part (I stopped when I found one that was still in production) that's cheaper, but I don't know.

I'm try to get the best price for each component of the amigaone cause the price of a single amigaone computer is very expansive.
First of all, we must set the price of the g4 processor clocked at 1.2 (more than the current a1).
I need your help.
Thank you.
