Someone gave me and old Mac, so I figured I'd set it up and play with it. Besides I have an old copy of Magic OS for it as well, so if all else fails, I can try to translate German as best I can, and play with Magic.
I'd also like some classic Mac software that will work with this. Where can I get some? Are there user groups for these? Why does everything on the Mac cost? PC and Amiga have MUCH more freeware. :/

Just do a hotbot.com or google search for
"mac freeware shareware download" and you'll find
several sites like this. http://www.macosarchives.com/
I hope it's got an ethernet card or modem and a browser
already or it going to be lot of fun trying to move those
programs from the internet to your mac. :)
You can DL them to your amiga or pc then burn them to a CD.
Good Luck
