Err nope.
OS4 APPS running under OS4EMU, running on top of 3.x/WOS/PUP.
I didn't mean the whole of OS4 running on top!

Ah okay, I wasn't aware there was some sort of OS4 wrapper thingy for OS3.x =).

There isn't. There is for MorphOS, and itix made it. I just wondered if it was possible he could port it to Classic PPC OS3.x.

It would seem to be a lot of work for nothing since OS4 is going to be released for the PowerPC accelerated classic Amigas when the full release comes...

I was just interested from a technical point of view really. Like when you ask a mountaineer why they climbed a great big hill, and they say "Because it's there".
If itix did port it, it would be just because he could. :-)

Don't hold your breath. Even if it would happen it would be *incredibly* slow and PowerUP only. OS4Emu wrap's OS4's extensions over MorphOS' own. Nothing equivilant exists for OS3.x.
