Ever chose the AMIGA theme in this game?

Apparently the Amiga theme was put together by an AROS guy. So says the website, at least.

Even after all these years, though, I think Megaball is still the best game of this type!

I'm no copyright expert, but the use of the Amiga, Amithlon, MorphOS logo etc like that isn't legal is it? I personally don't care, it's free software and obviously not hurting anyone, just curious.

What Amiga theme? There is no Amiga theme in the official distribution...?

Oh yes there is, I installed it directly from YAST in SUSE 9.2.

If XBill has gotten away with it for all these years I don't think there's really any problem.
