Title: flashing kick rom from hard drive

i was wander if you can flash the kick rom from the har drive or a disk,
like xbox when you wanna flash the bios ,can you do the same ?,with a a4000d 3.0 kickrom  and flashed to 3.1 ???

Nope, as the name implies it's a ROM, not an EEPROM ;-).

However with the help of an MMU it's possible to softkick into 3.1. Not sure what utilities would allow you to that on an A4k though.
