Title: Great OS3.9 appearance with skins and all… how?

Well,

I've seen really nice forms of OS3.9 looks in the pictures section of this website, but, how to achieve those? Many look similar to OS4.0

Seeing that you have a Amiga 4000 with Mediator and Voodoo it should be pretty easy for you.

Some of the needed tools are MUI, VisualPrefs, Birdie2000, MUI and PowerIcons if you want to use PNG icons instead of GlowIcons. Have I forgotten something?
